Shipping & Delivery

At Zen Notes, we aim to get your order to you smoothly and with clear expectations. Below is everything you need to know about processing, delivery times, tracking, and customs.


Order Processing

● Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

● Orders placed after 12:00 (local warehouse time) begin processing the next business day.

● You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.


Delivery Timeframes

Due to high demand and international shipping, deliveries typically arrive in 2–4 weeks.
Most customers receive their packages within this window. During peak seasons, customs inspections, or severe weather, delivery can take a little longer.

Good to know:

● Tracking may take 3–7 business days to begin updating after dispatch.

● Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels for faster delivery.


Tracking Your Order

● A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships.

● If tracking shows “Label Created” or “In Transit” for several days, this is normal while the package moves between handoffs and customs.

● Still no movement after 10 business days? Contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.


Shipping Fees & Currency

● Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/volume.

● Prices on our site are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.


Address Changes & Cancellations

● We process orders quickly. To request a change or cancellation, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

● After 12 hours, changes aren’t guaranteed, but you may return the package after delivery per our return policy.


Late or Missing Packages

● If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

● First, please check with household members, reception/concierge, and your local post office or pickup point. Then email us with your order number and current shipping address.


Holiday & Sale Periods

● During holidays, promotional sales, or unforeseen logistics disruptions, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
